Shipping

We ship to virtually any address in the world through UPS.  If an order is received before 1pm (London GMT/BST time) we will endeavour to ship sameday subject to stock.

Shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based and scaled for best possible rate through UPS.  Shipping and any tax payable can be estimated before Checkout when viewing your Shopping Cart.

All shipments will be registered directly to your email address via UPS so you will be able to directly track your delivery through the UPS system.

The timing of delivery is as supplied by UPS:

UK Mainland
UPS Nextday - Delivery by end of nextday
UPS Express - Delivery by noon of nextday

Europe
UPS Nextday (if available) - Delivery within five days
UPS Express - Delivery by end of nextday

US/Canada
UPS Nextday (if available) - Delivery within five days
UPS Express - Delivery by end of second business day

Asia
UPS Nextday (if available) - Delivery within five days
UPS Express - Delivery within three days

Import Duty

All our products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Please check these details before placing an order as Y-cam is not and cannot be responsible for local import duty charges.
