How can I pay?
Payments are securely processed by SagePay services, and we accept all major credit cards. Payments are currently made to Y-cam in Great British Pounds (GBP), so your bank may charge you a currency conversion fee.
I live in the EU but don't want to pay UK VAT as I am VAT registered in my own country, can I do this?
At the moment, our online shop system does not allow us to discount VAT. You can place the order and claim the money back through your own tax system, or you can buy Y-cam products from a local stockist - we have retailers throughout the EU stocking Y-cam. Visit the Y-cam website for more information.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Worldwide via UPS. They deliver within 5 days in up to 185 countries. You can check if we deliver to your country on the Cart page, as well as get a quote for delivery.
Can I place an order by phone?
Y-cam Shop does not currently take orders by phone. We have a large network of retailers throughout the world stocking Y-cam who can take orders by phone, please visit the Y-cam website for more information.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation of an order can only be done immediately after order placement by contacting the customer care centre - email@example.com. This is only possible before the order in question has been prepared for shipping in the warehouse. After this, the item must be handled as a return.
